Tristen Declef
(Limpertsberg, Kirchberg, Gare)

Massage / Sanctuary Manager
Hey there! I’m Tristen. I am proud to have completed a 3000-hour Advanced Diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy in my beautiful home country of Canada. I have previously worked in spas in holiday destinations, a ski resort and a beach community, which gave me opportunities to massage a variety of clients. A mother, who just wants to relax vs an athlete who has limped in, still dressed in ski gear with a suspected knee ligament injury. I don’t believe in a “cookie cutter” massage, so I choose to customize each treatment to each unique body and situation. My massage style is a cross between therapeutic and relaxation. It’s important to address the issues within the muscular tissues, while simultaneously calming the nervous system. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain or just want to treat yourself, I’ve got your back...literally!

Caitriona Foley O'Brien
(Kirchberg)

Rolfing Technique

Hi there! I’m Caitriona. Originally from Ireland, I moved here in 2018 with my 3 children, and husband. We are thriving here. I now speak intermediate French and enjoy the wonderful cultural melting pot that is Luxembourg. I have worked as a Rolfer in Dublin since 2006. 14 years of back pain pushed me on the path to Rolfing - 3 children later and a cat called Cocoa, my back is still healthy and well. I believe healthy relationships and healthy bodies are inseparable. As your Rolfer, I will support you to build a happy, easier relationship with your body and mind. If I had a euro for every time, I heard WHAT??? When I said I was a Rolfer! I would be a rich woman!

Source of Joy: Watching clients get off the table and feel into the new sense of space in their bodies.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Hi! I’m Caterina! I’m Italian and moved to Luxembourg in 2014 to work in finance. After a few years, I realised that path didn’t align with my values, so I reconverted professionally in lymphatic drainage massage. I love helping women feel better in their bodies and I’m always happy to share simple wellbeing tips. Let’s take care of you, gently and naturally!

Manuella Doré

Craniosacral Therapy

Hello, I'm Manuella. I come from Brittany in France, graduated as a Cranio Sacral therapist with the College of Cranio Sacral Therapy in London. I learned the anatomy, the links between all parts of the mind and body, the integration. My practice is both energetic and muscular on fully clothed person. I listen with my hands on different parts of the body, from the cranium to the sacrum. I can unwind shoulders, necks, hips, arms, etc. I work with a lot of children with speech delay, feeding issues, anxiety, blockages, repeat illnesses (colds, laryngitis, pharyngitis, etc.) Adults come to see me to get help with migraines, fertility issues, digestive issues, trauma release, neck pain, sleep disorders, to name a few.

Yuliya Solopova
(Strassen)

Sound Healing Practitioner

Hi, my name is Yuliya. I am a sound healing practitioner offering immersive sound healing sessions as spaces of deep rest, inner clarity, and gentle return to oneself, through refined soundscapes and presence-based facilitation. In 2024, I received a diploma in Himalayan Singing Bowl Healing Training (Level I & II) in Vietnam, deepening my connection to traditional Himalayan sound lineages. In 2025, I became a certified happiness trainer, expanding my work into emotional awareness, inner balance, and the cultivation of well-being. A traveler at heart, my path unfolds across cultures and landscapes, gathering inspiration from diverse traditions of sound, silence, and human experience. My sessions weave handcrafted instruments from Nepal with selected sounds from different cultures, creating a layered sonic journey that guides the nervous system into deep states of relaxation, often associated with alpha and theta brainwave activity — where stillness, release, and restoration naturally emerge. I invite you to step into a deep journey of sound and inner stillness — a space to reconnect with your soul, soften into presence, and return to yourself.

Hi, my name is Tabitha. I’m a Dutch massage therapy student offering both relaxation and deep tissue massages. Kobido Facial Massage, Buccal Massage, Facial Cupping

Hello there, I'm Ursula, your go-to Master Kobido Massage Therapist! Picture this: a supermom wrangling two mini tornados solo, feeling like a wilted flower. Then a Kobido massage miracle swoops in and recharges my entire being. Now, I'm on a mission to spread self-care teaching, one massage at a time. I'm all about embracing natural ways to keep our skin looking fresh! Aging gracefully should be a birthright. While the thought of aging can be a bit daunting, finding the right tricks can give us the power to own it and shine at every milestone.

Nadine Baur
(Limpertsberg, Kirchberg)

Massage

Hello! I'm Nadine, originally from Alsace, France, I graduated in 2002 as a massage therapist from Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfeld, Michigan, USA where I lived for 6 years.

From the first day I attended this school, I knew instantly this is what I was going to do for the rest of my life and my job became a real vocation these last 21 years. I get up every morning, happy for the bodywork I will be doing and I always feel gratitude for the clients who offer me their trust each day. I practice Swedish, Sport/Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Prenatal, and Intuitive Massage. Through my 21 years of practice, I've created my own massage techniques in order to release muscle tensions and pain, adapting my massages to the needs of my clients. Additionally, I use energy balancing techniques to reduce or release all types of aches and pain. These techniques also release stress, allowing body and mind to calm down and feel centred again. Hiking in the mountains, in nature or just sitting down, breathing, watching a nice landscape, a sunset or sunrise, surrounded by trees, by plants, by animals, all make me feel a deeper emotional bond with Mother Earth and with my soul.

Suus Huijben
(Limpertsberg)

Reiki

Hi, I’m Suus - a lover of life, nature, travel, and a dreamer. Above all, I’m a student of life, for life. Yoga entered my life over 10 years ago in magical Bali, and since then, it’s been my path to self-discovery, mindfulness, and gratitude.

We’re all surfing the waves of life - a constantly changing, meaningful journey. It’s about finding balance, trusting the process, and embracing both the highs and lows with an open heart. As a Reiki healer, yoga teacher, and spiritual coach, I’m passionate about guiding others on their journey of growth - helping them release what no longer serves them and follow their hearts to let their unique light shine.

I believe we can all make a positive impact by sharing our unique light, for as Rumi said, 'It is your light that lights the world.' I’m deeply grateful for the wisdom of my teachers and the inspiration of my three sons, who remind me to live with wonder, joy, and gratitude.

With intuition as my compass and curiosity as my guide, you’re invited to experience the healing power of Reiki in a supportive space, where you can find relaxation, peace, and balance for your body, mind, and spirit.

I’d love to meet you in the Sanctuary.

Agata Palka

Kobido Facial & Buccal Massage

(Kirchberg, Gare)

My name is Agata, and I have been living in Luxembourg for the past three years. My fascination with facial massage and holistic facial care began long before it became my profession. Fifteen years ago, I performed my first self-facial massage, inspired by the renowned Japanese Tanaka technique. What started as curiosity soon became a passion. I immersed myself in the world of manual facial therapies, studying different techniques, practicing regularly on myself and those close to me, and continuously deepening my understanding of the face, its anatomy, and the profound connection between physical tension and emotional well-being. At the same time, I experienced countless manual facial treatments myself. Growing up in Poland, where advanced facial therapies have become widely recognized, gave me the opportunity to explore many different approaches and appreciate the remarkable effects of skilled, mindful touch. Moving to Luxembourg marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life. It gave me the courage to turn my passion into my profession and dedicate myself to work that brings me genuine joy and fulfillment. I believe that facial massage is about much more than enhancing appearance. While it can naturally lift the face, improve skin quality, and soften the appearance of fine lines, its true power lies in releasing tension held in the face, jaw, and neck, calming the nervous system, and creating a deep sense of balance and well-being. When we learn to recognize and release the tension we carry every day, our natural beauty is able to emerge with ease. For me, every treatment is a personalized ritual—performed with presence, intention, and genuine care—to help you look refreshed, feel lighter, and reconnect with yourself.

Thai Massage & Therapeutic Flight

I was born in Peru, and for over eight years I've been exploring the world of conscious movement, body connection, and healing through touch. My path has been guided by a deep curiosity to understand the body not just as a physical structure, but as a bridge to presence, emotion, and authentic connection.

Acroyoga became one of my main practices — a powerful fusion of acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage. In it, I found a playful yet profound way to build trust, listen deeply, and co-create with others. It's not just about flying or supporting, but about showing up with presence, openness, and care.

Alongside Acroyoga, I trained in Thai Massage, an ancient technique that honors the body through intuitive touch, rhythm, and mindfulness. Each session becomes a meditative journey, where giving and receiving meet in a space of deep awareness and healing.

Today, I’m based in Luxembourg and would love for you to experience my practice. Whether through a class, a massage, or a shared movement space, my intention is to invite you back into your body — to reconnect with your breath, your balance, and your inner vitality.

Olena Stetsenko
(Gare)

Kobido Facial Massage

Hi, I’m Olena — a holistic beauty enthusiast and Kobido practitioner. I’ve always believed that the human body is divine, yet in our fast-paced modern lives we often drift away from that deep, nourishing connection with ourselves. My journey with Kobido began as a simple search for self-care — a way to soften stress and bring calm back into my daily life. Along the way, I discovered something bigger: I’ve always carried a strong, intuitive energy in my hands. Kobido became the path where that inner power finally found its purpose. Today, this ancient facial massage helps me stay grounded and keeps my energy flowing, while allowing me to support others in reconnecting with their own bodies and natural beauty.

Kathelijne Schaaphok (on Maternity Leave)

Bach Flower Remedies & Reiki

Hi, I’m Kathelijne, born in Holland, raised and educated in Luxembourg and Paris where I worked in fashion and as a costume designer for movies & theaters. I’d describe myself as a creative soul who believes in magic. I’ve always been very passionate about the human body and its complexity. After working for almost 10 years on the outer shell I felt the need to go deeper and discover what happens on the inside. I believe in connections and powerful energies that flow around and within us, all we need to do is to use them. We are all part of nature and here is where my source of inspiration lies today. Let's not forget that those who don’t believe in magic, will never find it ;) I’m looking forward to see you at the Sanctuary.
