What’s your yoga style? I am passionate about sharing the yoga practice in a way that can be accessible to anyone. The purpose of the practice is really in exploring our inner landscape, which is personal to every practitioner - I strive to create a class space that provides guidance while leaving room for every student to make their practice their own. My class is never too serious and will mix traditional yoga poses and emphasis on alignment, with unique transitions, mobility drills, and fun and different ways to move awareness throughout the body. Asana, pranayama, and meditation are all woven in to every class, and some days, a little yoga philosophy talk too!

About me: I’m an American expat living in Luxembourg, and have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over a decade. I started taking yoga classes while living in New York City for anxiety relief, and over time found so much more in connection with my Self and life around me. I’ve trained in Hatha and Jivamukti teaching styles, and love to continue learning and taking classes from other talented teachers. I’m also loving traveling around Europe, experiencing new places, learning new crafting hobbies and abandoning them quickly to try another.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not at yogaloft: I’m walking around town, getting out in nature for a hike, and definitely feeding the crows.

Cat or dog person: I’m a huge animal lover, and have 2 cats at home.

Favorite destination: One of my favorite destinations is Zion National Park in Utah in the US - my retirement dream is driving the park shuttle bus!
