-Active herpes simplex infection (cold sores)
-Active rosacea
-Active acne, eczema, psoriasis, lichen, or other inflammatory skin conditions
-Botox injections within the last 3 weeks
-Dermal fillers (all types) within the last 2 months
-Tissue stimulators within the last 2-4 weeks, depends on the stimulator
-Mesotherapy or microdermabrasion within the last 2 weeks
-Dissolvable PDO threads or smooth threads (without barbs) within the last 6 months
-Barbed lifting threads (the treatment is not recommended until cleared by your practitioner or doctor)
-Any surgical procedure involving the face, neck, or décolleté until the tissues are fully healed
-High-risk pregnancy
-History of cancer (medical approval may be required)
-Uncontrolled or severe chronic illnesses
