I’m a beginner, how do I get started?
Welcome! We have over 150 weekly classes to choose from. We recommend to start out with any “Beginner” or “All Levels” class. We offer a Welcome Special for €45 for two weeks of unlimited yoga to help you find the yoga style and yoga teacher that best suit you.
What language are the classes in?
Our classes are in English (unless noted otherwise), however, our team is from over 15 different countries and we collectively speak many languages. It is not a problem if your English isn’t perfect, we are here for you.
What if I’m late?
The studio door will be locked at the scheduled start time of the class. Late arrivals after the door is locked will be considered as no-shows. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the class begins. No reimbursement or credit will be provided for no-shows in the case of late arrival and unlimited package holders will be subject to a €15 late cancellation/no show fee.
Do you have showers?
Yes! We have showers in Gare, Limpertsberg, Kirchberg, & Tropics (There are currently no showers in Strassen location)
Can I rent a yoga mat or towel?
Yes! Yoga mats for €2 & towels for €3
Do you sell water?
No, please bring your own water bottles. All yogaloft. locations have filtered-water available.
How do I book a class?
All classes must be pre-paid and booked in advance on our website (cash is not accepted in the studio)
I’m pregnant, can I practice yoga?
Of course! Pregnancy is a wonderful time to benefit from a yoga practice. If you are new to yoga and have never practiced before we recommend to come to specifically to prenatal yoga. If you have been practicing yoga before your pregnancy and have the green light from your doctor you may continue to practice any yoga class (including hot yoga as long as you are familiar with it and feel comfortable).
Do you have a lost & found?
Yes! Each studio location has a lost and found where items are kept for around two weeks before they are transferred to our large storage in yogaloft. TROPICS where items are held up to three months before they are donated to charity.
Can I “freeze” my membership?
Yes! Our “Unlimited Memberships” (‘Unlimited Monthly’ with minimum 3 month commitment OR ‘Unlimited Yearly’) may be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum total duration of 1 month. Send us an email to freeze your membership.
Members with a medical need can freeze their membership with proper documentation (such as a doctor’s note). Gratitude Sale memberships are not eligible to freeze.
