What’s your yoga style? I believe yoga is a path to reconnect with body, mind, and soul. In my classes, I focus on building awareness and presence that extends beyond the mat. I enjoy guiding a blend of flowing movements and still poses, inviting students to explore their edges and reconnect with the power of the breath to find calmness in each asana.
About me: I grew up in a small town in Catalunya, and I like to think I carry a bit of its sunlight with me wherever I go. I would describe myself as a life lover- I feel happy when I'm in nature and I like to be surrounded by people and connect with them. I believe things happen at the right time and place. Yoga and mindfulness came into my life when I needed them most, helping me reconnect with the present, calm my inner fire, and ground my airy energy. Today, I’m grateful to be part of your wellbeing journey, supporting you in slowing down in this fast-paced world and reconnecting more deeply with yourself.
Guilty pleasure: I’m a foodie at heart, there’s just something so satisfying about a well-made meal!
Favorite destination: Back to my favorite beach on the Costa Daurada.
Most memorable yoga experience: One of my first Yin classes with my first yoga teacher taught me to find peace through my breath in the hardest asanas, breathing through the discomfort and discovering a sense of calm within myself. I carry this memory with me, helping me breathe through life with more ease and presence.
