Effort and ease.
Sandy Kubaj
What’s your yoga style? When I teach, my main intention is to support and guide students so they can feel good in their bodies and minds. I invite them to meet challenges and find ease, without pressure of performance. By combining elements from my trainings in power vinyasa, yin, nidra, and meditation, I aim to create awareness and balance between body and mind, yin and yang, effort and ease. I focus on giving clear instructions while leaving space for everyone to stay connected to their own practice.
About me: I have always worked for and with others, mainly in social, health, and mental health fields, both here in Luxembourg and during 16 years abroad in six different countries. When I committed to yoga, it was just for me at first, a more personal and inward space. Over time, I realized that yoga is actually one of the most profound ways of sharing. Through practice, I began to understand that we are not separate but deeply connected.
My most memorable yoga experience was realizing in 2022 that I would become a yoga teacher. Growing up, I was often told I was stiff and not sporty, so as an adult I focused much more on my intellect. Yoga completely changed the way I see myself and my body. Through the practice, I discovered how amazing my body is, how much my mind still has to learn, and how deeply I can connect to my inner self.
