Growing up in china, I was blessed with the tradition of daily tai-chi practice and a Buddhist approach to life. My grandmother, now 94 and still doing tai-chi, is my inspiration of a life in harmony with body and mind. In 2008, after many years spent in classical dance, I discovered yoga in North America. I then realized that the use of strength, movement and flexibility is not limited to achieving external aesthetic beauty, but more importantly, becomes a pathway to a rich internal journey. I was reminded of the inseparable connection between body and mind. In 2015 I completed RYT 200 hours training and began teaching in Luxembourg. In my yoga practice and teaching, I seek to quiet the mind through the body and heal the body through the mind. I come to my yoga mat with the understanding that all things are impermanent, and what we have is the here and now.
