My teaching style: I like to be in the flow! Yoga can cultivate a focus on flowing movements in every single class, doesn’t matter if it is a vinyasa, pre- or postnatal or even a kids yoga class.
I am always concentrating on connecting breath with the yoga asanas to get deeper into them and to get the most out of it, physically and mentally. Alignment is of a great importance to me but I also love to have fun during the class and am not afraid to experiment.
About me: i am an active person who enjoys spending time outside with my family doing sports like biking, skiing, riding, windsurfing, climbing or just growing my own vegetables.
In 2005 I discovered yoga and explored several yoga styles like hatha, vinyasa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti… and finally yoga became an important part of my day-to-day life.
After my daughter was born, pre-, postnatal and kids yoga followed and I changed my life to become a yoga teacher and share my love and passion for yoga.
Favorite Destination: The Dolomites – as they are breathtaking in winter or summer - either way!
Favorite yoga pose: Downward facing dog – gives me all the stretches I need in the morning or evening. It helps me to leave stressful moments behind and allows me to deepen my breath while giving life a different view from downside up.
Why I love yoga: Yoga just makes me happy! It helps me to calm my mind, connect to my body, stretch and strengthen every single muscle. After a class I am always feeling totally relaxed and filled up with so much energy.
