What’s your yoga style? In my teaching, I aim to guide a work in rather than just a workout. A central theme in my classes is how to carry the mindfulness and compassion we cultivate on the mat into everyday life — into action, awareness, and advocacy.
I primarily teach active vinyasa and power flows, while also offering yin yoga, a slower practice that targets the deep connective tissues. Beyond the physical experience, I weave yoga philosophy into my classes to support students in navigating overanalytical minds, working with failure, and learning to stay present.
About me: I’m inspired by nature, movement, and balance. Now living in the Swedish countryside, I find grounding in forest walks with my dogs. I was raised in Luxembourg and spent many years living abroad in Amsterdam, Singapore, and Munich before returning to my roots in Sweden. Alongside my yoga practice, I also absolutely love spinning classes.
I was introduced to yoga nearly 20 years ago, and at first I saw it as an inefficient workout — often checking my emails during savasana, if I stayed for it at all. About 10 years ago, I experienced a profound aha moment, realizing that yoga is far deeper than physical exercise — it’s about mind–body connection and that unmistakable feeling of pure bliss.
Today, yoga is my happy place: a space for meditation, self-inquiry, and reconnection with the body. My practice invites a shift from constant doing to conscious being, reminding us to stop thinking our way into peace and instead feel our way into presence.
Through my teaching, I invite students to step out of the mind and into feeling — a gentle reminder that peace is found not by thinking, but by being.
