Whats your yoga style? I love to flow dynamically, so I teach Power Flow and Vinyasa Flow, where you link every movement to your breath in a creative sequence. During this energetic practice, not only do you improve your strength and flexibility, you can also free your mind from all wandering thoughts. Being passionate about music, I try to put the greatest playlists together for each class I teach.

About me: I am a teacher through and through (in my everyday job I teach German language and literature at a high school), a bookworm, a music and food lover. I love to laugh and I like people with a good sense of humor who don’t take themselves too seriously.

How it all began:
I came to Yoga in 2016 - my first class was with Tulsi at yogaloft. Merl – in part because of my back problems and Yoga has helped me to stay free from pain. Soon I noticed that practicing yoga was not only medicine for the body but also for my mind.

I am inspired by: Kind people with a lot of patience – I work on my patience, kindness and empathy towards others every day – and it isn’t always easy.

Guilty Pleasure: I have a sweet tooth, everything from ice-cream to pancakes to Tiramisu – you name it, I eat it. And is there such a thing as owning too many books?
