“You carry so much love in your heart, give some to yourself” -Rumi

What’s your yoga style? My yin yoga and yoga nidra classes are an invitation to slow down and soften. Rooted in stillness and gentle awareness, my teaching style is quiet and nourishing, with occasional subtle yang-inspired variations to bring balance and ease into the body.
I like to include short poem readings or reflections in my classes, inviting a deeper inner connection. I’m drawn to Yin and Yoga Nidra because they offer a real pause from everyday demands, a chance for the nervous system to slow down, for tension to ease, and for both body and mind to reset.
About me: My yoga journey began with Tulsi in 2014 and yoga quickly became a happy and safe place for me. Since then, it has grown into a personal anchor, a place I can return to at any moment of the day to feel nourished, rested, and grounded. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in Munich, followed by a 50-hour Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga training and a 50-hour Yin and Yoga Nidra training. These experiences have shaped my teaching and deepened my appreciation for practices that are slow and mindful.
Alongside yoga, I am a biology teacher at a Luxembourgish high school. I love being with teenagers, their curiosity and energy inspire me every day and remind me to stay present and engaged in the moment.
What motivates you to get up every morning: My two wonderful boys, they fill my life with joy and love, and I am deeply proud of them.
My spirit animal: The butterfly, it reminds me that transformation is a natural part of life and that we should never lose sight of its beauty.
