Tati Bühler

My teaching style: Power flow. By connecting movement with breath, the mind can calm down. I often emphasize on the breath as a reminder to keep the flow going and stay in the present moment.

My intention is to help you find your connection of mind and body. I want to give the space for you to be able to shake of the crazy pace of today’s world and just concentrate on your complete Self in the moment.

About me: Hi, my name is Tati and I am originally from Germany. I moved to Luxembourg in 2016 to work at Amazon and currently still work there.

I started my Yoga journey in 2018 when I was trying to find a form of exercise I would finally like and stick to – as you can see, it worked! But yoga has given me so much more. I learned to be more mindful, present, patient, calm and understanding. It especially helped me through the anxiety filled Pandemic in 2020 and 2021 and for a time, I practiced Yoga every day to cope with the uncertain times. When I received the email from yogaloft. about the yoga teacher training, it showed me a path I hadn’t realized I wanted to take. I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training with yogaloft. in 2021 and am excited to be teaching!

Where you’ll find me when I’m not at yogaloft: When I’m not practicing or teaching at yogaloft. you’ll find me following my second passion - singing with my choir Voices International. On top of yoga and singing, I love doing many other activities such as hiking, trying out different brunch options in Luxembourg, traveling, reading and puzzling.

I am inspired by: Anyone willing to do the work to understand themselves better. To know who they are and follow their passion. I think it takes power, courage and strength to work on yourself to recognize and appreciate your inner you.

Cat or dog person: Dog person – 100%. To be very honest I find cats a bit creepy and have a light fear of them – you never know when they decide to scratch you. Dogs on the other hand are easy to cuddle and love. They are great company and hopefully I will have a dog someday.
