yoga for teens
(starting October 1st 2019)
Yoga for Teens is a class for ages 11-14 years old that is specially designed to help your teen feel empowered, confident, and gain self-acceptance. Yoga is a form of exercise that will encourage your child to look within and gain a lasting, positive image of themselves that they will carry with them throughout their lives. In this class we will learn breath work and how it will help us to calm down and control our emotions and nervous system. We will also build physical and mental strength while learning how to stay in the present moment and focus in on what we want to achieve.
