Yoga Flow is an active practice which links every movement to inhalations and exhalations in flowing dynamic sequences, connecting one’s breath and spiritual intention with one’s movements. In each uniquely designed Yoga Flow class, a creative series of asanas builds up to more challenging poses. During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. You will have the chance to experience a variety of postures moving from standing through sitting postures, forward and backbends, inversions, twists and balancing postures.
