Whats your yoga style? High energy, flowing vinyasa.

About me: I came to yoga from an athlete perspective just using it once or twice a week as a means to cross train and stretch while training for a marathon. It wasn’t until I had a very soulful teacher a few years later that I really fell in love with yoga. I loved how this teacher made yoga so much more than the poses, and sprinkled the class with yogic wisdom that always seemed to be exactly what I needed to hear. After that, I was hooked and went on to do my yoga training in Washington DC with amazing teachers Brittanie Dechino and Cory Bryant. They showed me how to teach from a place of compassion and joy, and how yoga can be for everybody.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not at yogaloft: Either teaching moms and dads how to find restful sleep as new parents www.apresthebump.com, or chasing my own little ones (3 and 1) at a local playground.

What motivates your every morning: Coffee! And I just love mornings - so no extra motivation needed. I need motivation to go out at night more so haha.

What do you love most about yourself: My naturally happy disposition. I think I got an overdose of serotonin and forgetfulness that just keeps me happy!
