Mindfulness & Yoga class combines classical elements of Vinyasa Flow yoga ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ & breathing techniques. Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to, and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our head, heart and body at the very moment in which it is happening. It teaches us to become fully present and move through life with more awareness. The class provides an opportunity to explore your mind, body and emotions, and flow through your practice with more awareness, leaving you invigorated and nourished.
