My teaching style: Whether in my adult, women specific or kids classes…My intention is that each student can experience the gift and magic of yoga. I ensure to create a safe and caring space to meet our inner Self and allow each one of us to truly be our Self.

I may repeat to let your body be your guide and encourage you to follow organic movements that may feel like a dance with yourself. We go with the flow as life flows..  

Through a complete yoga practice including poses, breath work, meditation, relaxation, mantras and mudras, I humbly guide you – but remember you are the one who knows yourself best and you are invited to explore whatever feels good and right at that moment (I don’t mind if you do a vinyasa while I instruct to go in child pose) - so that you can gently and safely release any tensions or energetic blocs in your body, calm your mind and open big your heart. It creates space inside your body and mind to welcome more freedom inside yourself.

At the end of the class, I usually read a page in a book and share it with you as it may inspire a new reflection point of awareness. We share and live what yoga means - union. Union with ourselves, with the environment and with the fellow yogis in the room. It’s that sense of union in yoga class that I consider like my family.

About me: I am a mama of two cats, a book lover, empath and idealist. I am guided by a purpose bigger than myself. I am in service to do good and share what I know. I love to learn and it is not unusual that I am enrolled in several courses or trainings at the same time and on different topics. I did my yoga teacher training and a MBA at the same time.

I am a believer of loving kindness as a game changer for our planet earth. Through compassion, beings can live happily, in peace and harmony. 

Yes, I am really kind. However I still get grumpy when I don't sleep enough or am with too much people at the same time or too long (hello the introvert for whom yin yoga is her fave). And I can be a real warrior for causes I believe in.

I can feel you, a place, situations in good or less good. I feel the vibes.You may think I am a real calm person but I tend to be very anxious inside. No worries I work on it and I have yoga (and yin);)

Most memorable yoga experiences: Practicing yoga at sunrise on the 21st of June under the Eiffel Tower in Paris & on a rooftop at sunset in India.

Favorite Destination: Being on my mat, wherever that may be. But specially in Bali ;)
