We explore yin yoga with longer held postures (up to 5 min), which focuses on stretching and strengthening the deep connective tissues in the pelvis, hips and the lower spine- targeting The fascia, ligaments and joints. this is complemented by an energizing yang flow, which focuses on stretching and strengthening muscular tissues.
