We offer a short 20 minute guided meditation. Different styles of meditation will be taught in this class. Through stillness and the focusing of the mind we become calm and are able to find clarity in our lives. Meditation shifts our awareness to the inside, guiding us to realize our full potential. Breathe awareness and learning to sit comfortably will be instructed.
