September Focus: "The basis of who you are accelerates the excellence in you" - this quote is a leading direction for our September classes. Four classes will be dedicated to awakening to your Ten Bodies. You will balance and activate the Ten Bodies. As well as learn what that Ten Bodies are and build strong relationship with them. If you are aware of a weakness or imbalance in one particular body, you will work on it by strengthening and balancing that body. By understanding your Ten Bodies and being aware of them, you will keep all of them in balance which will lead you to the balanced relationships with whole universe.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a fast and powerful tool to change your life. Kundalini Yoga is designed for the active person with responsibilities in school, work, family and the world. It can be practiced by anyone if it is done gradually and according to the instructions. Kundalini Yoga allows to tap into a technology that helps us to cope with the escalating change and the stress we face everyday, it strengthens our body's nervous system.

Kundalini isn't something mysterious, it is an energy that exists in all of us. Yogi Bhajan once said: "Yoga is the science of Self and Kundalini is the awakening of Self, it is that simple."

Kundalini Yoga classes are an uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices: physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, mantras and mudras. The goal of Kundalini Yoga is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
