November Focus:  The focus of this month's Kundalini Yoga classes will be:
Nabhi Kriya and Tantric Kriya "Immune System Booster: The Inner Sun."
Nabhi refers to the nerve plexus around the navel point and this set of exercises focuses on developing the strength of the navel point. It gets the abdominal area in good shape and quickly and activates the Third Chakra.
"Immune System Booster: The Inner Sun" is an advanced immune therapy which hits at viruses and bacteria. Please bring something to cover your head for this Kriya.
