Whats your yoga style? I want everyone to feel welcome in my class and I love having students who are taking their first yoga class, in my class. I like to see people relaxed so I am passionate about yin and restorative yoga because I believe we live in a very “yang” world where everything is moving very fast. Sometimes it can be difficult to slow down even if we really want to, I therefore also love to teach the yin/yang class which is a mix of long-held yin poses and a dynamic flow.

About me: I am Swedish and grew up in Luxembourg, but my parents made sure my sister and I did not lose our “Swedishness!" I always loved going to school and participated in all after-school sports activities. I went on to study 1 year of medicine in Budapest before I decided to change completely to study Business Management in the UK. I then worked in audit and later compliance before taking over yogaloft. together with Tulsi.

I love my job and we have so much fun even when the world is crazy and sometimes our minds explode from all our ideas and thoughts.

Most memorable yoga experience: Attending my first 2 yoga teacher trainings (YogaWorks 200 hours in 2015 & 100 hours yin yoga and myofascial release technique in 2016) were the best decisions I ever made. The trainings inspired me to share the practice with others and I now continuously try to incorporate yoga into the daily lives of those around me whether they are on the mat or not.

Guilty pleasure: Any kind of candy (my great-grandfather had a chocolate factory so I guess it’s in my genes!)

Why I love yoga: I always feel better after (any) yoga.
